The course examines the market place as a social, psychological and economic institution serving consumers. With an emphasis on consumer motivation, market organization, trends, and current issues affecting the quality and availability of goods and services, the course aims at developing the student's skills to better research and interprets market data relevant to the consumer decision‐making process.
