Prerequisite(s): MGMT201 or MGMT 231 or BUGN 280. Restriction(s): Business Administration major. This course is designed to help students better understand the theory, processes, and practices of negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship management so that students can be more effective negotiators in a wide variety of situations. It will examine the fundamentals of negotiating within today's business world. Topics include both distributive and integrative bargaining. Additionally, time will be spent on facilitating the best practices for communication.
