Prerequisite(s): INFO 240. Corequisite(s): MGMT 316. Restriction(s): Business Administration major with concentration in Strategic Human Capital Management only. This hands-on lab practicum introduces ADP software as a means to understand the employee lifecycle. We have partnered with ADP to provide an experiential learning lab to bring theory to practice. Students will be provided their own account to use the ADP software and develop hands-on skills in moving candidates through a variety of personnel activities. The course also includes guest speakers from the Human Resources function of ADP, as well as occasional opportunities to be mentored by an ADP professional and serve as an intern.
