The course provide a solid foundation for the systematic collection, analysis and interpretation of data designed to improve decisions about people in organizations with a view to improve organizational effectiveness. The course takes a strategic view of how data about people in organizations can be used to make predictive decisions about human resources for achieving the company’s objectives.
