Professional Development for Careers in Nutrition, Food Science and Wellness

Prerequisite(s): NUFD 130. This course is designed to equip students in the Nutrition and Food Science program with the skills necessary to make a successful transition to careers in their chosen profession. Students will research and identify career options, write career plans, develop: networking and communication skills, and create a professional i portfolio. Particular emphasis will be placed on creating a goals-based roadmap to secure an internship placement.
