Applied Organizational Behavior

This course examines human relations in management. The course studies the concern for both task and process in the light of structure, goals and human relationships found in organized efforts. It also covers the application of new management theories in the areas of motivation, leadership and group problem-solving by a variety of means including, presentation, case studies, and role playing. Note: Students must have their AS in Business Administration before enrolling.
