Writing, Research and Technology

This course presents the rhetorical, social, and practical dimensions of writing and researching in networked contexts. Students analyze and compose with audio, video, image and text, using a variety of digital writing practices. Students blend research methods informed by current literacy theories and modalities, allowing them to explore meaning-making, circulation, and the ethical ramifications of writing within digital communities. Prerequisite: AA Arts and Sciences Communications Options Degree
