IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Prerequisite: (CIST 3222 Minimum Grade of C or CSCI 3103 Minimum Grade of C) and (CIST 3381 or CIST 3430 or CIST 3450 or CIST 3470 or CIST 3472 or CSCI 4485) This course prepares students to apply quantitative and qualitative knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to design, develop, and manage IT projects. The topics include: project planning, cost and time management, risk management, contracts and procurement, software management, statistics, financial analysis, leadership, decision making, and human resources.
