BIOMECHANICS AND MOTOR LEARNING

ONLY OPEN TO EXSC MAJORS. This course provides an overview of the basic biomechanical principles of human movement. These include application of stress and strain analysis to biological tissues, force analysis in human movement and Newton's laws to assess linear and angular human motion. Approaches to determine inertial properties of human body segments will be examined.
