ESTATE PLANNING

Prerequisite: FINA 3110 with a grade of C or better. Estate Planning focuses on the efficient conservation and transfer of wealth, consistent with the client’s goals. This course studies of the legal, tax, financial and non-financial aspects of this process, including trusts, wills, probate, advanced directives, charitable giving, wealth transfers and related taxes.
