NEURODIVERSITY AND LEARNING

Previously titled: Learning Differences. Values/Ethic Course (V). Open to Freshman Only. This is a Freshman Seminar. This course is designed to assist students in developing an understanding of disability in the social context, learning differences and neurodiversity, disability rights and history, psychological disabilities, multiple intelligences and learning styles. Students will use this information to develop strategies to improve their own learning and advocate for individuals with disabilities they encounter in future careers, on campus and in the community.
