Values/Ethics Course (V). Open to Juniors and Seniors only. Veterans, honored by many, reviled by others, share an intensely human condition. Those who have served in the Armed Forces engage each other, their government, their society, their enemies, and their friends, and family in profound ways. Through an introspective, interdisciplinary examination of veteran and service member’s experiences utilizing self-reflection, personal experiences and values/ethics, historical and contemporary models, and a social science lens, this course provides an understanding on what it means to be a veteran in the United States.
