AUTOMOBILES

The course explains how different systems in a typical automobile work. It introduces the scientific concepts that are utilized in these systems such as kinematics, energy, work, friction, electricity and others. It also explains car safety and crash worthiness. It also discusses pollution of gasoline-powered cars and the basic needs of the future for less polluting alternatives such as solar and electric cars. Faculty: M. SHAROBEAM
