FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Prerequisite: HTMS 2101 or HOSP 2101 or HTMS 2132 or ESPM 2132, with a grade of C or better. This course provides an overview of the operation of hospitality facilities, including operating costs, types and characteristics of major building systems, technology integration, sustainable aspects of building equipment and management, and how to work effectively with engineering and maintenance departments.
