This course will focus on leadership from a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The following components will be the focal point of the course: Conceptual Framework and Theoretical Perspectives of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Workspaces; Inclusive Leadership; Leading, Healing, and Changing Culturally Toxic Organizations (implicit, explicit, conscious, unconscious bias; micro/macro aggressions, etc.); and Improving Engagement in Workspaces.
