ADVERTISING

Prerequisite: MKTG 2110 or MKTG 3110 with a grade of C or better. Examines the importance of advertising and other promotional elements in the marketing programs of both domestic and foreign companies. Topical areas include the communications process, creative strategy, media selection, and measuring ad effectiveness. The social consequences of advertising are also addressed. Students undertake a comprehensive advertising project.
