FOUNDATIONS OF MOTOR PEFORMANCE

Open only to MSOT graduate students. This seminar/laboratory course provides an analysis of functional anatomy, kinesiology, neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiopulmonary factors related to engagement in occupations across the lifespan. Considerations of the effects of gender, age, strength, muscle tone, motor control, gravity, skill level, occupation and task-environmental demands are integral to the class. Offered fall semester only.
