CLINICAL CONDITIONS ACROSS THE LIFESPAN

Open only to MSOT graduate students. Introduction to the etiology, clinical course, medical and therapeutic management, and prognosis of developmental (physical), medical, neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and psychiatric conditions frequently referred for occupational therapy services. The effect of these conditions on occupational performance will be explored. A self-study of medical terminology is included in the course. Offered fall semester only.
