ADVANCED ADAPTATIONS AND ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY

Open only to MSOT graduate students. Students will analyze and explore augmentative communication devices, alternative computer access devices, electronic aids to daily living systems, powered mobility systems, robotic devices, virtual reality systems, and assistive technology used in various occupations and contexts for individuals across the lifespan. Students will also participate in the design and fabrication of switches, 3D printed devices, and low technology devices. Offered Fall semester only.
