Development of a working knowledge of basic physics and its applications. Includes oscillating systems, waves and sound, electricity and magnetism, light and optical systems. Prerequisites: PHYS 2220 with a grade of C or better and have completed Calculus I (MATH 2215) with a grade of C or better. Corequisites: PHYS 2235. Restrictions: None. Attributes: Q1 Quantitative Reasoning Intensive.
