INTRODUCTION TO POLITICAL THEORY

This introductory-level Political Theory course is an introduction to the field and is mainly a study of the development of the American political and current American political ideology and theory. Students will also learn to conduct analytical political theory through close readings of primary and secondary sources. The course will focus on questions such as, what is politics; what is justice; and what is human nature?
