PUBLIC HEALTH PRACTICE: RESEARCH EVALUATION & APPLICATION

Fall semesters. Students will explore quantitative and qualitative research methods in medicine, public health, and other clinical and population health fields, including how to formulate a study question, select a study approach to collecting and analyzing data, and then disseminate the findings. Students will explore how they can contribute to improving the health of individuals and communities through research while developing skills needed to critically evaluate the scientific literature.
